Simple process
From visit to review, how intake works
Browse or visit the lodge, request a token from the caretaker, pay fees, apply and sign online, then wait for lodge review.
Step 1: Browse or visit
Explore rooms online or visit the lodge with the caretaker.
Step 2: Pay the token fee
Pay the ₦5,000 token fee by bank transfer, to the account number you request from the caretaker (Engr. Henry). He is the only one who collects it, and it is not your rent.
Step 3: Get your token
The caretaker confirms he has received the fee and gives you a code for /apply.
Step 4: Register & read the terms
Create your account, fill in your details, and read the proposed tenancy terms before you pay.
Step 5: Pay rent & upload receipt
Pay your rent by bank transfer into the lodge account shown in your tenant portal, then upload the receipt there. Use the account number in the portal for rent. It is not the same account as the token fee.
Step 6: Finish your application
Supporting documents, declarations, and your surety, electronically or on paper.
Step 7: Sign your agreement
Read your completed agreement, filled in with your own room, dates and rent, and sign it.
Step 8: Caretaker & landlord approve
The caretaker reviews your application and signed agreement, then the landlord gives final approval and the PDF is issued.
Step 9: Renew (returning students)
Re-apply online, sign the new agreement for the next year, and pay the renewal rent.

Do I need a token to apply?
Yes. Request a token from Engr. Henry, the caretaker, after you browse or visit the lodge. Pay him the non-refundable token fee first, either in cash in person or into his own bank account, and to nobody else. After you register and submit your application, pay annual rent into the lodge account and upload your receipt in the portal.
What are the rent amounts?
Glorious Lodge: ₦450,000 for your first year, then ₦320,000/yr. Praises Lodge: ₦350,000 for your first year, then ₦220,000/yr. Fees are set per lodge, not per individual room tier.
What is the application process?
Pay the token fee to the caretaker → register → submit application → pay rent & upload receipt → caretaker confirms rent & approves → landlord approves → sign tenancy agreement → caretaker & landlord sign-off → PDF issued.
What happens if I submit false information?

I'm already a resident, how do I renew?
Use Student login. You'll see tenancy dates, payment history, and renewal reminders. Subsequent-year rent follows the published lodge rate.
How long does approval take?
The lodge team reviews applications as they arrive. You'll get dashboard updates when your status changes.
Can I visit before I apply?
Yes. Contact the caretaker to walk through the lodge. You still need a token after fees are paid to open the online application.
